Abstract

Segmentation of image is very signicant in medical eld by improving treatment possibilities like early diagnosis of abnormalities in brain. Manual segmentation for detection of abnormal tissues from large amount of brain MR images are difcult and time consuming task. From multiple methods of segmentation, automatic segmentation using deep learning based approach proved popular and accurate recently. In this paper, we focus and analyse recent trend of deep learning based methods in medical image segmentation.
